Booking & Cancellation:
The FORTYSEVEN Mindful Experience must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time at the lounge, where we will welcome you in a relaxed atmosphere. If a guest cancels their booking, a full refund is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled experience. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will incur a 100% charge.
Cancellations must be made via email to therme@fortyseven.ch or by phone at +41 56 269 18 47.
If a guest arrives more than 15 minutes late, we are unfortunately unable to conduct the full experience, and regular check-in at reception will be required.CHF 188.00 -
